Lau-tzu founds Taoism.
Qin Shi Huangdi conquers the seven warring kingdoms of China to form one united Chinese empire.
Qin Shi Huangdi builds the Great Wall of China, implements standardization, practices censorship, and builds 7,500 terracotta soldiers to be buried with him.

- Independent Work: Students will change character and setting details to create their own unique story (10 minutes)

- Review dress-ups taught to date by having students work in groups of 2-3 to add all dress-ups to a simple sentence you write on the board.
